LEVEL UP
Not every part of life is winning—and that’s fine. The Wellness Wheel helps you spot what’s solid and what needs work. You don’t have to fix everything, just focus on what matters most right now.
Originally developed by Dr. Bill Hettler in 1976, the Wellness Wheel has since been expanded—most notably by Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA)—to support a more balanced, holistic approach to well-being.
What This Will Help You Do:
See what’s working.
Identify weak spots.
Act where it counts.

The 8 Wellness Areas
Emotional – Can you handle stress, setbacks, and relationships?
Spiritual – Do you have a sense of purpose or meaning?
Intellectual – Are you challenging your mind or stuck on autopilot?
Physical – Are you fueling, resting, and moving your body right?
Environmental – Does your space energize or drain you?
Financial – Can you cover today and build for tomorrow?
Occupational – Do you actually like what you do?
Social – Do you have real, reliable connections?

RATE YOURSELF (1-10)
1-3: Struggling hard
4-6: Meh, could be better
7-8: Solid, but room to grow
9-10: Thriving
REFLECT
Why this rating? What’s working? What's dragging it down?
One small move to improve?
ACT (CLARITY = CONTROL)
Physical off track? → Start with one habit—move, hydrate, or sleep.
Social weak? → Text one real friend today.
Hate your job? → Find one way to make it better
Pro Tips for Better Balance

Be flexible – Wellness changes; don’t stress over perfection.
Check in regularly – To help refine your goals.
Celebrate progress – Even small wins count.
Your Wellness Wheel is always shifting—the key is paying attention and making intentional moves to keep yourself balanced. Small shifts lead to big transformations.
